Adopting of the Local Council Decision on establishing the Community Social Center took place at the local council meeting on 28.02.2020. CCS is operated in partnership with The Social and Medical Services Directorate of Cluj-Napoca City Hall, being a social service provided in the community, headquartered at 158 Plevnei Street.
