Bergen is a city in western Norway, with a population of about 240,000, making it the second-largest city in Norway. The historical port area of Bryggen is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Within the project, a group of experts from the city of Bergen will be involved in building the institutional capacity of the Romanian partners. To this end, visits will be organised for exchange of experience and there will be held training sessions on inclusive housing and management of social housing, but also on the most effective public policies in the field.
At the same time, bilateral relations and professional exchanges will be strengthened with the local authority of Bergen, on specific themes of the project (social housing, providing of innovative social services a.s.o).
